First off, the truck pulled into the driveway and I have to say… WOW. The design looks fantastic. It’s clean, professional, and really shows that Liberty Pest Control takes pride in their presentation. But the service itself is what really stood out. Trei didn’t just show up and rush through the job. He took the time to touch base with me first to make sure he had all the correct information about what I needed. He clearly explained what he was going to be doing and even mentioned another service option they offer.. but in a helpful way, not pushy at all. Another thing I really appreciated was how respectful he was of my workspace. Since I work remotely, it was important that my day wasn’t interrupted. How service works
Here's what to expect, from your free inspection to your regular visits.
Your free inspection
When you choose a plan online, a local Service Advisor visits your home for free to confirm it's the right plan.
- Pick a preferred day, Monday through Saturday. Our office will reach out to confirm your time.
- Your Service Advisor looks over your home and asks what pests you're seeing and where.
- They confirm the right plan for your home.
- If you're ready, they go over your plan terms and next steps.
Your first visit
Expect your first service to take 40 to 60 minutes. Your Service Specialist treats inside and outside your home and gets you set up for the visits that follow.
- You get a text when your Service Specialist is on the way.
- Your Service Specialist introduces themselves and asks which pests bother you most.
- They inspect inside and outside, then treat inside your home.
- Outside, they apply a perimeter barrier around your home's foundation for crawling insects, knock down spider webs and wasp nests and add granules in the landscape areas.
- Before leaving, they walk you through what they did and answer your questions. They share tips to keep pests out.
- They go over your visit schedule and reminder texts.
How to prepare: Unlock gates and keep dogs inside so your Service Specialist can reach the whole yard.
Your regular visits
Your Service Specialist comes back every 3 months to inspect and treat around your home.
- You get a text when your Service Specialist is on the way.
- They knock, say hello and ask if there's anything they should know about. If you're not home, they call you, treat outside and leave a door hanger.
- They walk all the way around your home first. They look for ways pests get in, nests, ant trails and standing water.
- Outside, they apply a perimeter barrier around your home's foundation for crawling insects, knock down spider webs and wasp nests and add granules in the landscape areas.
- They treat inside only if it's needed, and they ask you first.
How to prepare: Unlock gates and keep dogs inside.
If covered pests show up between visits, just text us.

Pricing shown is for homes up to 3,000 sq ft (Quarterly Plan) and properties up to ½ acre (Patriot and Freedom Plans). Larger homes and properties require a free in-person inspection to confirm your plan. The $99 first visit applies when you sign up online for the Quarterly or Patriot Plan; the Freedom Plan first visit is $199. The Quarterly Plan has no contract. The Patriot and Freedom Plans include a 1-year service agreement. The Freedom Plan includes a termite inspection before Sentricon installation.

Do you treat inside my home as well as outside?
Both. Your first visit treats inside and outside. After that, your Service Specialist treats outside every time and inside only when it's needed, and they ask you first.
How long does a visit take?
Expect your first service to take 40 to 60 minutes. Regular visits are shorter, because your Service Specialist already knows the property.
Do I need to be home?
No. If you're not home, your Service Specialist calls you, treats outside and leaves a door hanger telling you what they did.
How often do you come back?
Every 3 months. Your Service Specialist inspects and treats around your home, and you get a text when they're on the way.
How should I get ready for a visit?
Unlock gates and keep dogs inside, so your Service Specialist can reach the whole yard. Nothing else is needed.
