I’m currently in the process of buying a home, and after our initial inspection, we were told there might be termite damage. We first contacted a large national pest control company hoping to get a quick inspection and quote for negotiation purposes. Unfortunately, they scheduled us for Friday and never showed up. They then rescheduled for Monday and didn't show up again, and the same thing happened on Tuesday. By that point, we had wasted nearly a week of our two-week inspection period and only had two days left. That’s when we called Liberty Pest Control. I explained our situation, and Trai promptly reached out and was able to fit us into his schedule. From the start, he was professional, friendly, communicative, and genuinely helpful. He confirmed the appointment, kept me updated on his arrival time, and called me personally when the report was complete to walk me through his findings. The level of customer service was outstanding, especially after the frustrating experience we had elsewhere. Trai made a stressful situation much easier and gave us the information we needed within our tight timeline. I would 100% recommend Trai and Liberty Pest Control to anyone needing a home inspection or pest services. I was extremely impressed with the company, and once we move into our new home, Liberty Pest Control will be the first company I call for ongoing pest control services.

First off, the truck pulled into the driveway and I have to say… WOW. The design looks fantastic. It’s clean, professional, and really shows that Liberty Pest Control takes pride in their presentation. But the service itself is what really stood out. Trei didn’t just show up and rush through the job. He took the time to touch base with me first to make sure he had all the correct information about what I needed. He clearly explained what he was going to be doing and even mentioned another service option they offer.. but in a helpful way, not pushy at all. Another thing I really appreciated was how respectful he was of my workspace. Since I work remotely, it was important that my day wasn’t interrupted. Trei moved efficiently from area to area, getting everything done without interfering with my work at all.
