What we collect

When you send us a request on this website, we collect what you enter, such as:

• Your name, mobile phone number and, if you add it, your email address
• Your ZIP code and property address
• What you need, such as the pests you're seeing, the services or plan you're interested in, and the days and times you prefer
• For a business, the business name and type of business
• For a WDI inspection, details about the property and the sale, such as the buyer's and realtor's names and contact details, how we'll get in and the closing date
• The name of the person who referred you, on our referral form
• Anything you write in a notes or message box
• Your texting consent, and which version of the consent wording you agreed to

Don't enter lockbox or door codes on our website. Our office will get access details from you when we confirm.

We don't ask for payment card details on our website.

When you arrive from an ad, a campaign link or another website, your browser saves a few details on your device: the campaign details in the link (such as its source and campaign name, and any ad click ID), the page you landed on and the website that sent you. These details never include what you type in our forms.

If you send a request, these details go with it, so we know how you found us.

While you fill in our booking screens, your answers are saved in that browser tab so you don't lose your place. They're cleared when you start over, after you send your request, or after a while without any activity.

Like most websites, our website host records basic technical details when pages are requested, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and protect the website.

When you visit this website, we count the visit with a privacy-friendly analytics service. It records which page you looked at, the page or search that sent you, your country, and the kind of device and browser you used. It does not use cookies, and it does not identify you or follow you to other websites.

We also count when someone taps Call, taps Text us, or sends a request, so we can see which pages lead to contact. These are counts only, never your name, phone number or email.

Our pages load their fonts from an outside font service, so your browser connects to that service when a page opens.
