I’m currently in the process of buying a home, and after our initial inspection, we were told there might be termite damage. How to identify

- Cockroaches in kitchens and bathrooms, especially around sinks, dishwashers and appliances
- Small dark droppings that look like pepper or coffee grounds
- Light brown egg cases, sometimes carried by the females
- Cockroaches out in the open during the day
Where they're found
German cockroaches live indoors in warm, humid spots near food and water, like behind refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers, under sinks and inside cabinets.
