Centipede Control
Centipedes are long, many-legged arthropods that live in damp basements, bathrooms and crawlspaces. Every Liberty pest control plan covers centipedes.
How to identify
- Long, flattened bodies with one pair of legs on each body segment.
- House centipedes are yellowish gray with 15 pairs of very long legs.
- Long antennae at the front of the body.

The $99 first visit applies when you sign up online for the Quarterly or Patriot Plan; the Freedom Plan first visit is $199. The Quarterly Plan has no contract. The Patriot and Freedom Plans include a 1-year service agreement. The Freedom Plan includes a termite inspection before Sentricon installation.
DIY prevention tips
- Fix leaks around crawl spaces, air conditioning units and outdoor faucets, and keep basements as dry as you can.
- Make sure gutters and downspouts carry water away from the foundation.
- Pull mulch, woodpiles, stones, loose boards and flower pots back from the foundation.
- Caulk foundation cracks, and add door sweeps or weather stripping to exterior doors.
