What does the Pest Quality Audit look at?
We look at drain flies, house flies, sanitation, conducive conditions (things that attract pests), rodents, spiders, German cockroaches and American cockroaches, and more.

What does a food inspection look at?
Most retail food inspections work from the FDA Food Code. Section 6-501.111 says “The PREMISES shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests,” and asks that their presence be controlled by “Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of FOOD and supplies,” “Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests” and “Eliminating harborage conditions.” Section 6-202.15 asks that outer openings be “protected against the entry of insects and rodents” by “Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings,” “Closed, tight-fitting windows” and “Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.” Your Pest Quality Audit walks the same ground, inside and out.
Why do small flies keep coming back in the kitchen?
