Huge shoutout to Liberty Pest Control for their outstanding service! Today Trei Bisher stopped by for our service, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. First off, the truck pulled into the driveway and I have to say… WOW. The design looks fantastic. It’s clean, professional, and really shows that Liberty Pest Control takes pride in their presentation. But the service itself is what really stood out. Trei didn’t just show up and rush through the job. He took the time to touch base with me first to make sure he had all the correct information about what I needed. He clearly explained what he was going to be doing and even mentioned another service option they offer.. but in a helpful way, not pushy at all. Another thing I really appreciated was how respectful he was of my workspace. Since I work remotely, it was important that my day wasn’t interrupted. Trei moved efficiently from area to area, getting everything done without interfering with my work at all. Professional, respectful, and thorough service like this is exactly why companies like Liberty Pest Control stand out. If you’re looking for reliable pest control with great people behind the work, they’re definitely worth calling.

Trey was one of the nicest, most respectful young men we have dealt with. He made eye contact with my husband, was very knowledgeable about the service your company provides, and was very thorough. He took his time and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, or that he was in a hurry. We truly enjoyed his company and professionalism. My husband is a Vietnam Veteran and was a custom homebuilders for 45 years. Trey talked to Mike with respect and showed a genuine interest in Mike's knowledge of houses. He was also very kind to me, and even though I hit him with a barrage of questions, he was very patient and didn't make me feel like my questions didn't matter. We feel he is a very good representative of your company. You are blessed to have him. More companies need employees like Trey. We received an estimate, are still a little freaked out, but going over what we HAVE to have done and what we can afford. We haven't paid anything yet, but I had to choose a price in order for it to post.

Darrell did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was satisfied with him and the whole Liberty team. Will recommend them to friends and family. Nice, professional and very good at keeping you up to date with times and schedules.

Called liberty pest control and they were out the same week for an initial inspection. After going over options and scheduling, Gabe D., came out to the home. He explained everything he was going to do that day and was quick inside and outside. Will definitely recommend their services.
