Trey was one of the nicest, most respectful young men we have dealt with. He made eye contact with my husband, was very knowledgeable about the service your company provides, and was very thorough. He took his time and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions, or that he was in a hurry. We truly enjoyed his company and professionalism. My husband is a Vietnam Veteran and was a custom homebuilders for 45 years. Trey talked to Mike with respect and showed a genuine interest in Mike's knowledge of houses. He was also very kind to me, and even though I hit him with a barrage of questions, he was very patient and didn't make me feel like my questions didn't matter. We feel he is a very good representative of your company. You are blessed to have him. More companies need employees like Trey. We received an estimate, are still a little freaked out, but going over what we HAVE to have done and what we can afford. We haven't paid anything yet, but I had to choose a price in order for it to post.

Hopkinsville sits in limestone karst country, the part of Kentucky the Kentucky Geological Survey calls most densely pocketed with sinkholes, with springs and sinking streams below ground. Subterranean termites live in the soil and return to it for moisture, according to University of Kentucky Entomology, so damp crawl spaces and wood touching soil are where an inspection starts.
