Groundhog Control
Groundhogs, also called woodchucks, dig large burrows in yards, often next to foundations, sheds and decks. Liberty's wildlife control starts with a free wildlife inspection and is offered in Paducah, Southern Illinois and Hopkinsville.
How to identify
- Stocky, brown or grayish-brown animals about 16 to 26 inches long.
- Short legs, small ears and a short, furry tail.
- Large front teeth and strong claws for digging.

- A stocky, short-legged rodent with yellowish-gray to blackish-brown fur, a flat head and a bushy tail.
- Where you'll find it

- Burrow openings about 10 to 12 inches wide, with mounds of dirt
- Burrows next to the foundation, sheds, decks or porches
